FOUNDER'S NOTE
I founded SORAA3 in response to a challenge I witnessed across all sectors: bold strategies often falter in execution, not due to lack of vision, but because the structures, alignment, and influence required to deliver them are missing.
Whether in diplomatic institutions, multilateral bodies, global corporations or NGOs, I’ve seen how ambition can stall without trusted execution at the highest levels.
With nearly two decades advising senior leaders and C-suite teams across global organisations, including my tenure as Chief of Staff at LinkedIn, I’ve worked at the nexus of strategy and execution, where decisions carry weight and alignment is critical.
