Our Story

When I founded SORAA3, my vision was clear: to bridge the gap between ambition, execution, and real commercial impact.

 

After 15 years working alongside senior leaders and global C-suite teams across EMEA, LATAM and Asia Pacific, and most recently as Chief of Staff at LinkedIn; I saw a pattern. Both deals and GTM strategies weren’t falling through because the product wasn’t strong or the pitch wasn’t polished. They were stalling because the right conversations weren’t happening with the right people at the right level, and unstructured execution of GTM strategies. 

Tried and tested over the past decade, I set out to bring my own ‘secret sauce'. A blend of strategies grounded in psychology principles and long term commercial intent, to uncover hidden opportunities, increase stickiness and accelerate deal cycles across some of the world’s most successful organisations.

 

What we offer isn’t another sales methodology. It’s a strategic shift in unlocking growth through structured C-suite engagement and innovation programmes. But engagement alone isn’t enough.
