FOUNDER'S NOTE
I founded SORAA3 in response to a challenge I saw repeatedly across multilateral institutions, diplomatic systems and global organisations: ambition rarely fails for lack of vision, but for lack of alignment and execution.
Whether in international institutions, defence-adjacent environments or complex public–private settings, strategies often stall when mandates collide, governance is unclear and delivery lacks trusted coordination.
My work over nearly two decades, including as Chief of Staff at LinkedIn, has focused on operating at that intersection supporting senior leaders where decisions carry consequence and coherence matters.
SORAA3 exists to support mission-critical work in complex operating environments. We bring structured advisory, governance and facilitation, alongside creativity and nuance, to help leaders align actors, move through complexity and deliver shared outcomes.
