FOUNDER'S NOTE
I founded SORAA3 in response to a challenge I saw repeatedly across multilateral institutions, diplomatic systems and global organisations: ambition rarely fails for lack of vision, but because turning that vision into action is often far more difficult.
Even the most compelling strategies can stall when institutional priorities compete, responsibilities are unclear, decision-making becomes fragmented and the people needed to make progress are not working together effectively.
Over nearly two decades, including as Chief of Staff at LinkedIn, my work has centred on helping senior leaders navigate these challenges, coordinate competing priorities and translate complex strategies into practical action across countries, sectors and organisations.
SORAA3 builds on that experience, with a particular focus on challenges that extend beyond the boundaries of any single organisation. We help governments, international institutions and businesses identify common interests, build effective partnerships and coordinate the people, decisions and resources needed to make progress.
